    You know, being "of a certain age," I think Rick defaults to a lot of stuff from the 70s from a LOT of his lists, and then feels the need to pull some more contemporary stuff into the mix to balance it out (which he did NOT do here - I think the newest song was from 75 or 76). I'm totally okay with that, but some of you younger folks might not be.

    I know every one of these songs, and I couldn't pretend to deny any of them a place on this list, though I really don't care for Send in the Clowns. Unless you're sending them into a large fireplace. That I could get behind. Fuck clowns.

    I think Rick spends more time finding the gems that us new age listeners may have missed. He doesn't really have much from today's but then again as he says in almost every video. The songs are played to tape. No cuts.. no edits.. its crazy how in time those bands were. Playing as one and recording it as opposed to today's where it's all protocols. And cuts and edits. Copy and paste.
