Volume pot/tone issue

Hey everyone! So I bought a banshee elite from schecter a year or so ago and when it arrived the volume pot was close to shot. They sent me a replacement and I just soldered it in, all the wires are exactly how they were set up on the original pot but now when I plug in it sounds like Ive got my tone all the way down and its super muddy. Ive checked everything one hundred times and its all where it is supposed to be but now it sounds like garbage…
I have no clue what to do and it is detering me from wanting to play that guitar plugged in.

I am extremely sorry I can’t help you with that, but I know for a fact if you look up a student by the name of Ed Seith he is extremely good with stuff like that and I’m sure he would be able to help you!

Can you take a pic of the wiring inside of the guitar? I just went through the same thing with PRS and they sent me the wrong part

Yea I can do that! Its kind of a cluster f*ck inside of the guitar because it has a sustainiac but Ill do my best to make it visible!
