Easy Acoustic Songs to play and sing at the same time

This is totally random, and likely because I’m bored...I can’t carry a tune to save my life so this is merely for personal pleasure lol.

what are some super easy songs to sing AND play at the same time.
Im assuming 3-4 chord songs would be best with no crazy rhythm and the lyrics being in time with the beat.
I’m assuming some Johnny Cash songs would fit this bill but what else

No John Mayer, his timing is in front of the beat a lot and his guitar playing can be pretty tricky too.

I found Dani California pretty easy to sing while playing guitar. All along the watchtower and most Bob Dylan songs too. If you learn the chords to let it be that can also be an option
