Horn - Nick Drake cover

A cover of the track “Horn” by Nick Drake. He used lots of odd tunings + finger picking patterns so his style has always seemed unobtainable to me (I never finger pick lol) but I’ve decided to do my best to learn from what he left behind 😄 Only just learned it today. Sorry for metronome vol!

Thank you so much brother! Finger picking is something I’ve never done before and it’s a pretty tough thing to start learning tbh haha so I’ll gladly take any advice I can get 😄🙏🏼

Yeah the same happened to me when i started uni, a lot of finger picking stuff haha keep working hard cuz it's opens a lot of cool things to add to your own songs!

Great job for sure... your cat did not run in terror so good job on that lol To add one more thing to what Ezequiel said, I would try to get used to picking without your ring and middle finger staying in contact with the guitar. If you do what he says, it will happen naturally anyway I suppose.

Thank you good sir! This is really the first song time that I’ve really wanted to learn finger picking (I’ve always played more riff driven stuff, the stones, T. rex, slipknot, 60s and 70s classic rock) so I’m excited to give this a go
