Practice: noodling around with the Pentatonic scale
Gemma G.S.
I just watched Lesson 20 and felt like giving improv a try! The backing track is slowed down to like 70% speed, because I'm a little beginner baby when it comes to the Pentatonic scale. But I was freakin' stoked on it, so here's some raw, uncut practice for ya. How am I doin'?
Yay Gemma!!! So good to see you improving!! When you get comfortable enough with the scale, start skipping notes, play the same note like twice for example and see what comes out of it..oh and also, when you're ready try adding some vibrato here and there. Great job

Yee!!! I'm definitely gonna practice this a lot more and use those tips! And I for sure heard some places where vibrato would have sounded hella cool, you're right. Thank you so much, Ari!
