I don’t know how to attach it without it being YouTube. I don’t have anything on YouTube and there’s no option to attach it as a normal file so I put the Facebook link.

Yeah, I’m sure if imbedded links from fb work. I know YouTube works as well as Instagram links.
 
I usually upload mine via YouTube but I set my listing as “unlisted” so that only people with the link (i.e. the school) are able to see it.

Oh, it’s super simple. Go to your page on YouTube, and up in the top right there will be a little icon that looks like a camera, from there you can upload videos from your phone or computer, whichever you are using. Then once it’s completely uploaded, click on share and copy the link that it provides and paste in the the riff section ! Hope this helps
