"Nobody" solo stream?
Would you be interested in tuning in to a live stream of me learning the solo to "Nobody" by ear? Question on Modes
100% correct. That’s how you get modulations, in other words, key changes. There’s also 6 more mode patterns within the Ionian pattern. Using G Ionian (Major), you can get A Dorian, B Phrygian, C Lydian, D Mixolydian, E Aeolian (Minor), and F# Locrian. All of these exist ONLY in the G Major...- juiceellish

Exactly. When I had mine, I’d leave it plugged in for breaks and such, completely forgetting that active pickup batteries drain that way. Learned the hard way how active pick ups work lol. While active pickups are nice for gain/volume boosting, if you’ve never had an active pickup, or don’t know how they work, don’t get a guitar with them.
