A few notes from me on this solo:
After the wammy bar dive, he solos for a total of 4 bars.
The first two bars are him doing bends
I believe the 3rd bar of the solo is another area where he’s doing what I would call “2-string sweep picking.” This seems to be a technique he uses very often in his solos. Unfortunately, it’s not very intuitive when you listen to it, and most people get it wrong. The best example of him using this technique is the solo in Scream. If you learn how to play that solo properly, it will be a good starting point for figuring out what he’s doing in the 3rd bar of the Brompton Cocktail solo.
The 4th bar of the solo just sounds like alternate picking 16th notes, and shouldn’t be too hard to figure out.
Most of their tab books are terribly wrong. It’s really disappointing that they weren't done better, because people pay money for them.
