For me there are two songs from Avenged Sevenfold, that are not “to hard”. Try to learn This Means War from the HTTK Album and/or Chapter Four from WTF Album. Both are real fun to play and have some heavy riffs!✌ I hope this might help you😁
Definitely Images and Words, then Train of Thought, after that another Masterpiece you should listen to is Metropolis pt.2! You should hear this album in its entirety😏 It has just an amazing Story! After that you know the hard and the Prog side of Dream Theater.👍

Hey Guys, I just want to say thanks a lot for your help. I’ll try your suggestions the next weeks👍 My Level of playing is at the point before those fast solos like Beast and the Harlot. Solos like that first one from Seize the day is no problem.
I want to start to learn some Metal-Solos. But many Avenged Sevenfold or Dream Theater solos are way to hard or to fast. Need help😅 Do you have some solos suggestions?
