I want to maybe have a huge shred collab on the site! Like a lot of guitarist who are comfortable playing some riffs they make and bouncing from person to person and filming it all to shove onto a youtube video! I know some of you are amazing players and I know some have learned on here so why don’t we show the world what this site and we can do.

Sounds like a cool idea! We should collect different Riffs and different covers also from different skill Levels. It would be quite useless when only People who already can shred like hell “represent” the School in such a Video

i had this idea a while back. only i have no idea of how to do it lol
i had this in mind but god knows how they do it.

i think it would be really cool. could even present it to papa or syn gates themselves.

We all could post a video of us to this conversation and someone could put them all together I guess. I don’t have a YouTube channel so I couldn’t do it

Someone would need to make a backing track with all the instruments except our guitar parts, everyone would sign up for a certain period of time in the backing track (like 0:30-0:50) and then record us playing over that, then the person assembling it can see where it’s supposed to go because they have this sheet with everyones’ names and what times they signed up for.
At least that’s how I imagine it going down

Well Idk, I just said that cause Noah Berends said that. Id say songs by avenged sevenfold for the backing track would be cool since we are showing off the skills we have learned from the synyster gates school I guess?! Lol

Or just a metal riff styled backing track, it doesn’t have to be avenged sevenfold. Cause I’m sure some people will be playing A7x songs in the video anyways ya know.
