    It been awhile since ive been on here. Ive been busy with a newborn baby who is now 7 months old. But i want to get more involved with different musicians. I think we can help eachother out. Im looking for some people who are familiar with using a daw. I dont want to limit this project to just guitar players. If you play bass, drums, sing , piano hell violins. lets make some music. I should say although i do have some experience recording im not the best at mixing and mastering so if anyone has dabbled with that you could help on that front aswell.

    This is nice! I’m planning to buy an interface soon too! You can program the drums if you want too and out an octave down thingie on the guitar for the bass. The mastering can possibly be done by a website called emastered

    Yah we could program drums and if a drummer comes along just replace with the real thing. Same with bass strings. Where there is so many eople here im thinking instead of making just a song perhaps we could make a whole album. I know it sounds lile a daunting task but if we split people up into groups we could do it. It would probably take a while but theres no rush.

    Yah i agree we should leave genres open. Perhaps we can see what genres people wanna do and seperate people into groups based off of that. And we could come up with a bunch of backing tracks from different groups and then get someone to throw some vocal tracks over them. I already mentioned this to jaylen owens in a pm. Just start recording riffs in your daw and we can send them to eachother via email and build off of eachothers riffs and get some backingtracks going just to try to get the basic structure of the given song.

    Ao yah for anyone who wants to join at this point just let the group know if you can help with anything besides guitar. And i wanna clear something up aswell. If you dont know how to record or use a daw and want to be involved i dont mind helping you out on that front just know you may have to spend money to do so. If you have a computer you can get an interface as cheap as $30. And as far as skill, dont worry about if you can play triplets at 250 bpm thats not what its about at the end of the day. So if you want in we will see what we can do to fit you in.
