Anytips for me to improve on this part of nightmare?

Ok so in the song nightmare where you have to plan mute while you strum the E string and its E6 E3 E5 E3 E5 E0 and i cant strum that fast while i play the notes and I'm asking for help or tips and yeah

I struggled with that part too. Try to start really slow until you can play each note clear, then gradually increase the speed. Also, you probably already do it, but be sure to use alternate picking and try not to be too tense when playing. Simple tips, but they worked with me

the performance of this song is 129 bpm, if I remember correctly. set the metronome to 80bpm or less, it depends on your skills, and gradually increase. but please, not all in one day! give yourself time

Looks like in my tutorial video, i'm off by just 1bpm. oh no Johnny Christ's gonna be so mad at me.
