Does anybody have any experience installing a Floyd into a fender body?
I'm currently building a guitar and was just curious if it is hard to install or not

That's really going to depend on the tools you have, and how good you are with them. If you don't have professional-grade woodworking tools, years of experience, and a solid router (and no, I don't mean for Wifi), you are likely to wind up with firewood.

I've never done it, but I also know I wouldn't attempt it myself.

That WiFi Part killed me

But from what I heard you really need to know what you're doing. Floyds are hard to Set Up anyway and probably unusable If you fucked Up the Installation somewhere (and I don't mean a pc program)

The routing for the cavity is pretty precise, but drilling and prepping the two mounting holes has to be machine-precise, or it will never play right.
