Buying a guitar.

I really want to start learning electric guitar but I have never played any kind of guitar before. First step is buying an electric guitar and an amp but I dont have a big budget. Approximately 300CAD is what I have for a guitar and an amp. What can I buy that is at least playable?

I was about to say the same!! Their pretty good guitars for the price I’ve had mine for 6 years and still use it to this day!

With the price limit you have I’d say maybe get something that is used from online. sometimes there are amazing prices cuz people wanna get rid of stuff. I got a used fender bass at a music store for $100 and it’s great!

Dude, you are much better off buying something used. Kijiji has a lot of gems there. I bought a lot of good stuff from there. You get so much more for 300$ from the used market than 300$ new in a store. By all means, if you want a second opinion, feel free to ask here

I agree with the Others, used is probably a good call. What music are you Into, what would you want to play?

I love rock and metal but any kind of starter guitar would do fine and if I need something specific I can buy it later when I have more money and experience. And I found an ad for this guitar at kijiji, its pretty cheap but I have no idea if its something good or bad?
