Try to start with recognizing intervals. You can start doing this by simply identifying whether the note is higher or lower compared to the previous one. When you get the hang of this you can try to identify how big the interval is. Start doing this with melodic intervals. When you get it with melodic intervals start doing harmonic intervals (chords etc.)

Look up Rick Beato “Perfect Pitch” and “Ear Training” On YouTube. He’s literally the Stephen Hawking of music theory and ear training. And the app that Robert spoke of is pretty decent too 🙂 I agree with Ids as well. Getting use to some basic concepts will help a lot!
If you’ve been doing these lessons, try figuring out simple songs on your own. This helps a LOT with ear training. After a while, you can listen to a song and say “I bet this is a D minor chord” and sure enough, you’ll be right!
