So I just want everyone to name their favourite Harmony because I’m interested in what you like(and maybe you get me hyped on something I did not know)
For me it is Hotel California. I absolutely love the harmony, That song(not nescecarily the song but seriously that song is great). I may need to pay some attention to learning it someday!

A harmony is a set of notes played together within different intervals of each other to make a sound.
For example, D, F# and A harmonize to make a D major chord 🙂 but they don’t always have to be with three notes. Two notes will still make a harmony. It could also be used to describe a chord progression. For another example, Am-Cmaj-Gmaj is a well- favored harmony. 🤗
For me I love the duo guitar work in Judas Priest “Fire Burns Below” 🙂

In this case I meant chords:
The study of harmony involves chords and their construction and chord progressions and the principles of connection that govern them. So ii-V-I, I-VI-V etc. Stuff like that.
Harmony of single notes would be referred to as Harmonization. I know it’s kind of confusing but using 1 word to refer to two things is kind of a pain in the ass and even more confusing.

Anything Marty Friedman does. I just love the way he layers his guitars. The tonic and third (pretty standard) then the octave above and below of both of those.
As far as good examples of that would go: Miracle, Dragon Mistress, Undertow…
John Petrucci has some pretty cool stuff going on too with Jordan Rudess on keys where they play pretty much completely different things in Breaking All Illusions and Octavarium.
I can’t really pick a favorite 🙁
