I'm using reaper but can't find it in the plugin list

If you installed it to the default location, Reaper may not know to scan there for the plugin. Scan your Program Files and Program Files (x86) folders for "TR5" and you should be able to find the folder it's in. From there, go into Reaper's Preferences and the plugin or locations section and add that path for plugin locations.
