It’s kinda hard to say for sure without actually checking it out…but since it’s only one note when you bend, I wouldn’t say the neck needs adjusted. And it most likely isn’t the action either, although it could be if it’s set really low. But bridge height generally doesn’t effect that low on the neck. Before we get crazy checking measurements and making adjustments..when was the last time you put a fresh set of strings on it? Dead strings can sometimes cause things like you’re describing. If your action IS extremely low, try bringing the bridge up a bit. If the strings are new and aren’t setting on the fretboard, it sounds like you have a slightly unlevel /raised fret OR your nut slot is just a hair low. There’s some things you can do to check those. But try changing the strings first hah

I had fret buzz on my previous guitar. Its because the frets are used up and have some dents in it. To fix that, someone told me i could do fret dressing. If that did not worked, I had to replace the frets for new ones
