This is totally random but some students have asked questions like "but when will I actually USE the CAGED chord system?"

When we hung in Kansas City, he played the G shape chord and said "Like who the fuck uses that? I've only played that shape like twice in my life. Once in the studio for the lesson and the other just now."

So all in all, the CAGED system has bits and pieces that are extremely useful. But others maybe just good for finger work

@Dominik Graeber you asked me some questions about the CAGED system and I'm sorry I've left you high and dry at the moment. I'm still developing some cool videos for the school but it's being done in my spare time which is very little. I'll try to answer them soon

Damn, PG is kinda right though. I only use CAE and only cause I like the C shape voicing. Although, Zakk Wylde used a G shape (and also a C shape) in his song Lost Prayer.

I'm genuinely gonna make the CAGED system part of the little chord course I'm doing. I already have a famous chord progression in mind to show the importance of caged.

The G shape is pretty damn cool to me btw
