God Damn Solo

Hey everyone, I hope everything is going well ! I'm working on my music assignment were we just have to explain sonic components of songs of our choice and i just wanted to ask what goes on in terms of effects with the solo in god damn where Syn gives it that strange but really cool sound? It's probably really simple but my brain isn't working right now.

i think its a octaves pedal effect or something like a whammy pedal i don't really know, and reverb and delay i think

Syn has a ton of crazy effects I havent figured out. Every artist has their tricks and I'm sure similar tricks come from different methods.

For the longest time I didnt even know he had the sustaniac pick ups lol. That alone could be adding to it.

I'm not sure but I think that sound comes from a whammy pedal, you can pitch shift the notes with it

Yeah a whammy souds right to me! But there is so many pedals out there that im not sure

Hah syns post blew everyones away. Like I said.. tons of ways to mimic the sound but we were all wrong x;

Let that be a lesson.. if you can use different tools to make the same effect get er done!
