Happy Halloween!

This was a vid from about 10 years ago - when I was getting paid to be silly. Probably one of my better songs - at least harmonically. I poke a little fun at A7X (which they are always gracious about). I always liked this solo. I tried to emulate Syn (as best I can. lol). So it starts tasty, has a couple of sweeps and then descends into single note shred. The end is all alternate picking, because I was still struggling with eco picking at the time. (Took me about 3 years to finally get it).

Also Cooper Carter dissected the solo on his YouTube site and shows you how to play it - which is very cool!

The video is hilarious But I actually like the song, really dig the melody and rhythm. Also that Solo was really on point, sounded exactly like a Syn solo! Well, al little less polished maybe...
