I tried to rep the synyster gates shirt but the stupid guitar got in the way silly me.
I have worked for weeks maybe even a month or two. I think its a good cover because people are requesting other covers!!
The fact you put so much time into this speaks volumes. I’m completely impressed. I hear your own work in this cover as well. Not a complete replica and I love it. I wouldn’t change a THING. Great job my man, seriously! Such a wonderful tribute especially during this month.
Simply AWESOME! Great job my mans. All your hard work paid off and it really shows. Like Jak said, I hear your own touch to this cover. Way to make it your own.
Thanks guys for all the comments @jak & @juan for the strumming patterns i didnt know them so i thought f it ill make it my own, sort of as an excuse. Also the arpegiated chords i thought they had the d chord pull off but it doesnt so i thought let me make it my own on that part. for the c chord of the verse i think i played it different also and accentuated with the ring finger also. so mixture of lazyiness and making it my own loll
You may think it laziness, and maybe it is, but in some times figuring out strumming can be TOO much to worry about. There are songs where the strumming feel is absolutely necessary (Like Jewel’s song “Standing Still”), but sometimes figuring out every little nuance just becomes overbearing. All in all, you learn your own flairs and you evolve your own style musically when you give your own twist on things; laziness or not
Its pretty good but just a minor thing, when covering avenged sevenfold, use a more wider vibrato with less frequency like syn does in all of his solos basically. Small Things like this make it more cooler to watch I guess
