Hit the Tone

So I just saw Thomann posting about this video. I thought some of you might find this interesting.


I really tried to replicate the tone but I can't seem to get any good clean -ish tones out of my Boss Katana 100. It hurts to say but it seems like the Boss Katana Mini has a way better clean tone.

I don't know, I can't really describe it. I totally Love Mayers Tone but also the Boss Katana Mini Clean. It's that warm, really responsive Tone that gets me. I know that doesn't really Help

Sure. But it doesn't Help much. As it is right now, the Mini still Beats The 100. Yep, size really doesn't Matter

It gets all the nasty frequencies John doesn't like out though

Have you tried looking for a Dumble or two rock like setting for the katana?

He probably does on some of the ballad type songs. But for Nickelback Metal, nah.
