Jak’s right. You’re not going to get close to an acoustic sound without an emulator, or installing a piezo pickup and electronics in your electric. There are some electrics that have a piezo, as well, but they’re usually quite expensive.
Your amp does say it offers “acoustic simulation,” so you might start with the instruction manual for that section? If that works at all, then it’s mostly going to be compression, EQ, and other shaping after that, but you’d need that sim to start with if you want it to get close to an acoustic sound.
