I have a problem whith the backing tracks.

When i see any lesson or etude I can see the video perfectly,but when I turn in to the backing track or syntetic the sound disapeard. Anyone have the same problem or kown how to fix it??

I have the same problem. I normally use Chrome and now I tried it with Firefox and it works there. So you can just try another browser, maybe it works for you, too.

ive never had an issue with backtracks on chrome, but it could always be an update issue that gets fixed in a week or two if it ever happens.

I haven’t had it before, but now I doesn’t work.

On my phone they work just fine. Nt sure what’s wrong sometimes it takes a while before it’s loaded
