I need your help! Mysterious item

I think I missed out on an opportunity to talk to someone may be close to the band. Its because this plectrum was sent to me very late on because one of my mystery boxes was missing. So my theory is that I missed the window to call this person. Does anyone have any ideas, or has had this plectrum, or can anyone tell me who this is?
