I wanted to share my first video with you guys :)

Hi guitar fam! I just posted my first YouTube video, it's about a music production course I recently took and how it helped me get over major productivity and creativity blocks. This one focuses more on the production side of things, but some of the insight I gained I think any creative can benefit from.
@Calvin encouraged me to share it here. I hope you enjoy, and I hope it can help someone if they struggle with the same challenges I did.

I'm working on 2 guitar related videos requested by other students here next. If anyone has a request for a specific video let me know, I'm mostly going to focus on music production videos.
Thanks everyone! :)

Very nice! There are many things about engineering/producing that can be taught; mic placement, compressors, etc. But there are just many things that can only be learned by "doing" - because the solution to a difficult situation is going to be different for everybody. I LOVE this idea of committing to your choices, finishing a song, and never giving up. THAT is how you really learn.
Well done, Aileé !!!

That's exactly why I told her to post this here. Lots of students will see that perserverence and will follow suit. Lots here to pick up on.. even if you're just starting to write music.
