Jam Track

Hi hi hi!!
So I’m a complete dummy and can’t work this amazing website, can anyone help me with how to get a jam track that I can jam along to? I know you can do it on the website on each lesson because I remember Syn posting a video on Instagram of him doing it but I can’t quite make out how he does it lol

I cant find them on papa gates his lessons. Your best bet right now is just look for backing tracks on the internet to solo over. However there are backingtracks there for Syn’s etudes
