@alex This is something I’ve tried to help with for a while now. It does seem a LITTLE inactive, but I think it’s for mainly two reasons: the comment section on the riff page is still disabled and PG and Syn aren’t making their presence known because they’re busy. Every time Syn jumps on here, it’s like throwing sugar on the floor in a room full of ants. It doesn’t matter to me though. I’ve spent over a year trying to keep people engaged with everything I can because it’s how people learn, and it was a big goal for Syn and PG. I was dealing with people wanting to write me questions instead of asking them publicly on the school. And that’s another reason why it seems inactive. Students don’t want to make things public. There are students who will engage no matter what and then there are those who need some sort of incentive. I choose to still stay active regardless. It’s fun for me.
I’ve seen what you’ve talking about personally. I believe people get lost and lose their desire. I may want everything to be simple and easy but that isn’t reality. Myself and others just need to keep in mind that the future we see, that dream, those goals, and desires we have are all right there in front of us. We’ve been given so much learning ground and opportunities. I speak for myself and perhaps others, all we need to do is begin. Often times it’s the future we think is so hard or annoying but in reality it’s the first step that causes the most issues. Simply start and continue.
