Any MCR fans? I used to like them but I am really starting to notice the genius guitar in the songs.

I used to be a lot more into them than I am now. I still like them, but I just don’t listen to them too much anymore. However, I am curious as to what you noticed?

Same here! I used to be a huge fan of them. When they split up I was in complete denial for years until I realized I didn’t care all that much anymore. I still like them though. Yeah I’m curious too, I remember they had some Queen inspiration for Welcome to the black parade. I think I’ll go back listen to their stuff

To answer what I noticed (since I left that open ended) If you look at songs like famous last words there is a solo in there that is super simple yet like super powerful. Most of their riffs are actually they use a lot of power chords. I never noticed until I started learning their material this morning.
