Okay that was a joke. But there is voices like a TV or radio coming through my amp it does it with both my amps I have. I don’t have a TV on or anything It doesn’t bother me but it’s been going on since I got it 3 years ago, anyone know why.

I’ve had that happen gigging at clubs with bad wiring. It’s usually some form of grounding issue, believe it or not. Can you move it to an outlet in a different part of your living space and see if it still happens? If it’s a small apartment, that may not matter, but you could try to look for creative grounding solutions.

If you almost plug the cable into your guitar is makes complete sense that you get a weird sound. If it randomly does it when the guitar is properly plugged in then it is a grounding thing. If the guitar is not plugged in but you have you cable in the amp the cable will still send electric shock waves to the amp creating that weird sound.
