Hey guys! I made a guitar tips video for the FIRST time to address some questions I’ve received and that I’ve seen on here and social media. If you have a minute, please feel free to check it out and let me know what you think! After all, I feel the best way to learn, is to teach!
Hope everyone is well!

Sure thing! A ghost note is neither a palm muted note or a full sounded note. You get the effect by barely touching your finger to the string almost to just fully mute it, but when you strike it, it still has a sound but not an actual note. Does that make sense?

No not entirely . What you do is try to fret a note on the guitar. Press hard enough until it rings out as an actual note. Then release your finger until all it gets is a dunk sound when you pick it. That dunked sound is the ghost note

You are so right with all you are saying! Awesome video.
The relaxation thing is a big one for me. Sometimes I try to get something faster and I recognized that I try to hard. The end of the story is, that my wrist is tensed up. Then I try to relax it and I get faster without trying it that hard.
