Need help with seize the day solo!

I’m stuck on the lick that goes
13-10e 13-10b 13-10g 13-10b 12-10g 12-10-12d. What’s the best way to play that ie alternat picking, hammer on pull offs, economy? I’ve been having a hell of a time getting that part down.

from what i can gather from that tab i think the best way is to do pull offs.
up strokes on 13-10e 13-10b 13-10g
down stroke on 13-10b
up stroke 12-10g
down stroke 12-10-12d

although 12-10-12 can be an up stroke too. probably easier actually.

Pull offs are definitely easiest for that section! Pretty sure Syn alternate picks it? I’d suggest the pull offs til you get comfortable with it..then work on picking the whole lick

Yeah I’ve tried alternate picking and I just can’t get it fast enough. I guess I’ll go back to hammer ons and pull offs.

I’ve always done hammer ons and pull offs but that’s a song I haven’t visited in awhile so maybe I’ll have to try some other ways

I’ve been working on this too and stuck on the same part. The closest I can get is doing hammer ons and pull offs.

I feel you I’m just going to keep practicing the pull offs. I can’t alt pick this thing yet. Oh well
