So I would really like to learn how Syn does this trick, the first thing on the video is a high-pitched wailing sound, how do you do it, oh holy Lord of Guitar?
A sustainer. I believe thats a fernandez guitar. Its what he used before he had the sustainiac, Im pretty sure. And some delay and possibly some kind of chorus or quick rotary effect. Probably the chorus though.
I was right I think, its a rotary sound with some delay and that sustainer. Its like the sound Stevie Ray Vaughan on the song “Cold Shot”. Here’s a video of me kinda demonstarting it. Excuse the sloppy lick at the end. It’s 5:30 in the monring and I havent slept yet.
