Possible key confusion

So I was picking out Jingle Bells and I thought I had it. But it sure seems like the first part I figured out and the second part I figured out are in different keys but I don't know how to tell. Any help?

Depends on what version you're doing. The original version was in A Flat but it's usually done in C or G major these days.
