Q&A/Best answers

I go to people's profiles every once in a while and noticed there is a best answers tab on each member's profile and was wondering what that's for?

Furthermore when you go the members page there are things like Q&A most answers and Q&A most upvotes and I was wondering how the Q&A thing works or whether that's a feature that's coming at a later time?

Wondered about that too. I know that Sometimes there is a question Mark behind a thread and If there is you can Up / downvote answers in that thread.

It's probably a feature that will work in the future. It doesn't work for me at least.
