I’m only about halfway through so far, and it’s late (2:20 am), but this is really, really good. I had to go and check your profile to see how long you’ve been playing. Your timing and feel are outstanding.

Really strong. You have a lot to be proud of, seriously!
Only thing I would recommend is take a look at my video about picking angle:
I recently discovered a problem I’ve had for a LONG time, and the longer you have a problem, the harder it is to correct, and it WILL catch up to you later. Not saying you definitely have the same problem, but I saw enough to make me think you should take a closer look at your picking angle to see if it’s something you should address.

I never thought about my picking could be wrong. The only thing I know, is that my right arm looks kind of “cramped”. At the Moment, I am using these Black Grip Jazz Picks and the Petrucci picks that you have showed, Ed. When I played Save Me, I noticed that the higher notes sounds a bit of weak… Is this maybe another fact that my picking angle isnt correct??? Or is it just my Amp tone?
At the End I just can say thanks for the advice and I hope, that I can share more of this to you in the future.

JULIAN!!! OMFG!!! GREAT WORK!!! I only have TWO suggestions. I believe the part at 4:04 I believe there are some palm muted parts in it. It’s not so sustained. Also, just work on your wrist vibrato a little more and get more confident. I’m SUPER proud of you! Can I share a clip of this on my story feed and tag you in it?
