please don’t even tell me that’s not really a thing! Here in my city, we have a bagel shop. And they sell bagels with Jewish recipes. They have a bagel called a bialy and they say it’s a Polish breakfast bagel. It’s the most delicious thing I’ve ever eaten! It has the texture of an English muffin but with butter and onions in the middle of it
