Also planning on making a second vid about how some guitar care can help out your left hand when playing such as conditioning the fretboard so the strings don´t scrape the wood, using thinner strings for solos with lots of bends and pull-offs while you´re n the learning stage so you don´t tear your fingers apart, and also simple things like running a cloth over your strings after playing so your sweat doesn´t rust them up and you don´t cut yourself on slides

Might also do one on crossing guitar types for solos for example for an acoustic song having an electric solo can have an amazing feel and greatly improve it, while having an acoustic solo on a mostly electric guitar song can bring in a beautiful simplicity and a more calm feeling

Again learnt something new Jak. I have seen this stuff a lot in solos but did not know it had a dedicated name to it which sounds like a bird.

Here is my video. It’s not about writing a solo but about adding sustain and it’s mostly for the beginners because to us who have been playing guitar for quite a while this just seem so obvious but when you are a beginner you don’t really think about that, at least I didn’t. So hopefully this helps someone!

Here is my Teaching Syn #4. I’m sorry I haven’t had time yet to truly watch everyone else’s. But I’m making it a priority tonight! I’ve been saving them in a little folder on my desktop
