Style of syn's solo at graspop

At live shows, right before buried alive, Brian is used to do a quick solo and last week at graspop he pulled out a great one (https://youtu.be/tRjxrfYN-ek?t=23m47s). I was wondering what the hell was that, like, what techniques or style is that from (maybe a gypsy jazz kinda thing?), really wanna learn that, thanks guys.

Honestly I play A bunch of gypsy jazz but I don’t really recognized it as being gypsy jazz more like a blues thing. Maybe slow it down and figuring it out byet ear quill help you with this!

I think it’s improvisation plus melody he made while warming up before the show.

I know, that probably is the case but Syn used to play a little part of fermi paradox solo while playing warmness on the soul before it was even out so you never know . If his solo album will sound anything like this I’ll be very happy

@ficho19 definitely i would like to hear studio version of this solo. I’m watching Hellfest right now and he played it there too. Sounds freaking great and crowd seems to like it too.
