Sustainiac - Only working on 2 low strings

I picked up a used sustainiac on Reverb and the sustain is only working on 2 strings and harmony and mic mode are not working on any strings.

tried new batteries, adjusting pick up/driver height, confirmed no obvious loose connections

Anyone have any other ideas?

describe your problem to him (Alan Hoover)in as much detail as possible

if you can do soldering on your own you should be able to fix it on your own or give to a luthier or someone that can solder wires together and follow a diagram
