Synyster Gates Custom S Loose Tremolo Bar

I have a Synyster Gates Custom S, and the tremolo bar is ridiculously loose. It always swings toward the floor, and even falls out if I lean forward. Does anyone else have this issue, with this model or any other? Is there a way to either tighten the bar into place, or lock it or something? I'm not really used to messing around with this stuff, so any advice would be appreciated.

I don't have one of these particular guitars, but the original Floyd Rose trems have a screw on the bar that secures it to the bridge. It sounds like you may be missing that screw?
