This is actually a legit thing!! A lot of sound engineer when the musician have a complaint, act like if they move the buttons and more often than not, the musician ends up saying that it's perfect

Pro tip - If you wanna just play with some faders for no other reason than "Ooh, slidey things!", complain about the mix and pretend that it makes a difference. I am... definitely not talking from experience (somewhat)
