So besides playing guitar I also like to play futsal every once in a while. Unfortunately today I really enjoyed my Ankle(it’s completely in shambles), walking kinda hurts for example. Now there are two thing which I don’t like about it when guitar playing guitar is concerned. Firstly when I play electric I usely use a combination of pedals and especially with the distortion/overdrive times I tend to have to turn off two at the time which is kinda hard when you only have one foot to do it woth. So any advice on that besides just don’t use them(tap dance tips with one foot tips would also be great!). Secondly when I play I really like to tap my foot(it helps me stay in time especially when I play gypsy jazz). Since entirely injury is to my left ankle and I’m left footed I’m very prone to tap my left foot however that’s just not possible at the moment without lots off pain or worsening the injury so any advice on that besides tap with your right foot because my right foot is not really great with coordination stuff.
Any help would be really appreciated!

Take time to let your foot heal dude, Its like being an athlete, if you sprain your leg dont go out and run a marathin. I have had countless injuries that could affect my playing but (although it is hard) take a break and just allow it time to do what it needs to do. It will be much worse to cause permanent injury than to just leave it for a few days. In the meantime I can say that using Bias fx is an amazing way to get seriously good tone without worrying about feeling like a tap dancer.
Hope this helps, idk if it may have came off harsh but that was far from the intention.
