Theory/Songwriting lesson poll 2

I want to make this a weekly thing(yes Hallowed Be thy Name will be up Sunday evening at the latest) so I figured I'd make a new poll on Friday and let it run until Sunday evening. I went for ballads this time because I have a big weakspot for them.

Remember, I only analyze how and why the chords work. So no solos or melodies or anything like that(unless you guys really want me too of course)
