it was delivered by usps,already wrote to them a week ago,still nothing.
already wrote to admynyster,to the store at least 3 times,still no answer.
i cant call them because i live in hungary and not in the US.
I would say either wait until they do reply or take your loss for now because as far as I know it is either your friend or you who messed up in this case.

I don’t know they are busy, maybe they will reply in a week or a month and say ‘hey I have your shirt here where should we send it to?’ who knows but for now let it rest and just play guitar

I was going to message Syn personally on Instagram but if I was to do that every single time somebody had a problem and came to me asking for help I would be harassing that poor guy 24 hours A-day. Try messaging Papa Gates on here. He takes a couple weeks sometimes to a month to get back but you might have better luck messaging them directly through here. Or instead of trying in email, try messaging one of the administers directly through here.
I’m sorry I can’t be of any more help. But you have to understand the logistics of how the school is operated. It is being mostly operated by 2 people who lead extraordinarily busy lives. I know for a fact that you will get this solved eventually. But unfortunately right now you probably have to just be patient.
Don’t do it on Instagram do it on the school. Patrick Vlaskowitz is a person you can write. He has a forum topic started on the very top of the forum page called “the school is back Up”
