video not showing

hi brothers & sisters,
i’m a new guy here who wants to learn guitar from this community.
so i clicked the “guitar lessons” -> “beginner”, but it only showed tabs, not videos of Papa Gates/Syn Gates teaching.
why is the video not showing on my laptop? is there any settings i have to set?

I honestly have no clue. Could you tell a little more? The video usually is playing in the top left.

Could be a coding error. Try refreshing sometimes itd glitch on me.

@ids @calvin it’s fixed. i changed my server from indonesia to uk and the video finally shows.
