I am a noob. However I wanna write down some of my stuff, and I dont know
where exectly to start, I am aware of audactiy, but I dont own a real amp..
nor the drums ;-;.
You can use Amplitube Free for effects and amps, I think it has 4 amps and some effects or you can use Guitar Rig 5 Player which also has some amps and effects. Those 2 programs are free versions and that’s why they have limited features. As for the free drum software all I can think of is Hydrogen Drum Machine.
I use Hydrogen for drums, as well as the software drums in Garageband, if a Mac is available to you they’re really good. I’ve never used any amp software so unfortunately I don’t really have any advice along those lines.
Reaper.fm is a great tool.
A beast of a DAW. You can use all features on trial basis and buy it if you want. All you want of plugins (or need at least). It even does video also if you need a quick demo.
DrumMic’A from Sennheiser is a awesome free drummer. Runs as vst and uses midi for beats. A world of options with high quality sound.
