What to learn as a beginner

Hello, I'm self learning the guitar. I'm confused, after learning several chords what should I learn to improve my skill?
I play acoustic guitar btw.

I play acoustic guitar btw.

Try Wild Thing and don't listen to the Hendrix Version it is too complicated for me to even try the later half
It has a cool riff and you can mix it up with Power chords
Can also try Drop D or Drop C# stuff because the riffs are not that hard
The lead would be hard but you can easily do rise today by Alter Bridge
