who will be the one who brought the idea or if it touched on drop d and only followed with the same
Drop D tuning is just a common hard rock/heavy metal tuning. It gives a more easily accessible power chord shape, a lower bottom chord, opportunity to make very good use of pedal tones, and is easy to switch to from standard tuning.
